Dear Patient,

Over the course of the last week, concern over the spread of COVID-19 has escalated.  We are living in unprecedented times. We regret to inform you that our offices listed below as of March 23, 2020, will be closed to ensure employee and patient safety. We have made this decision by balancing the needs of our business, the community and our families as well as yours thus it has been made with heavy hearts.

Our target date is by the end of April. Please be assured that we will reopen as soon as we possibly can.  Our employees are on standby ready to help you with your hearing needs when the time comes. Hopefully, that will be sooner rather than later. Please stay tuned to our website for updates.

In the meantime, if you have an urgent need, please call our Home Office at 316-413-8790 to leave a message or send us an email at [email protected] and we will reach back out to see how we can help.

We look forward to seeing you all in the near future.  We wish you and your family much love and happiness.  Be safe.

A Message To Our Patients About COVID-19

At Hearing Group, the health, and safety of our patients is our number one priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty many are experiencing as the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect our communities, and we want you to be aware of the steps we are taking to continue to provide safe and mindful care while keeping our patients and employees healthy.

Like others, we are closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other local and national health organizations. As the situation changes, we are discussing the best practices and safety measures every day. Our only objective is to keep you safe and that is what guides every conversation.

Precautionary measures we’ve taken so far:

  • We have ramped up our already strict cleaning policies in our offices by instructing our employees to use sanitizing wipes to wipe down door handles, counters and computer stations continuously throughout the day.
  • We are vigilantly sanitizing our testing areas and instruments between every patient.
  • We have put out extra bottles of hand sanitizer around our offices, and we urge our patients to use it before, during and after their appointments.
  • We have asked our employees to stay home if they are feeling sick and to notify us if they have done any traveling or come into contact with anyone who has been out of the country.

Currently, all of our offices are still open and serving our patients normally. If you have any questions or concerns, call your local HG office or HG Corporate at 316-413-8790.

We are committed to keeping our offices safe and clean and being completely transparent with our patients. We are diligently monitoring the evolving situation, and we will keep you informed about any changes at Hearing Group. We will continue to take all the necessary precautions to protect our patients and the communities we serve.
