I have only used it twice, once in the center of dining table with 4 around the table. Dining conversation was so improved. The other time it was clipped onto instructor’s shirt and the instructor’s soft voice was so clear. The instructions are printed in such a small font that I had to find the instructions online and then print and enlarge each page. Since the majority of people who wear hearing aids are older, thus also having weaker eyesight, the tiny print is a big problem for us. On the unit itself, the buttons to press for different functions are black on black and by necessity quite small, creating another obstacle. It has been so frustrating that I haven’t been able to see if it actually helps.

The thing I was a little disappointed in was the advertised 10 hour battery use per charge. My experience has been closer to five hours. I’ll just adjust my usage accordingly.
