What a great place to purchase the 1xS, 2 prong receivers for my Phonak hearing aids! They fit perfectly and at a price that is better than any other place on the internet! Janet Colley is amazing person I have hearing problem, I visit my own ENT doctor many times he said hearing aides does not going to help you to hear I was desperate, then I found Janet she test my ear. Yes I could help you to hear. I am so thankful I found her. today I could hear with the hearing aidsI was so excited.first I wanna thank God for this experience and thank Janet Colley. I recommend anybody have hearing problem go see Janet Colley hearing group find out you have a hope too.

I was pleasantly surprised at the caring service that Irma gave to me. She explained everything to me in detail. That was very helpful, as I was hesitant in looking into hearing aids. I was surprised at the hearing loss I actually have! I can hear a lot better now!

My Signia hearing aid had an internal battery that had died. I had not used it for the past couple of years. I found the Hearing Group online. For a cost of about 1/7 of what I paid for the hearing aid, they said they could send it to Signia and have the battery replaced, and the Hearing Group would give me a 1 year warranty. I brought it to their store in Moore, and they had it back in less than a week and a half, which they said it would probably take. They helped load the Signia ap on my phone and answered a few qestions. I highly recommend the Hearing Group!

My Dad had Hearing aid issues and he was recommended to the Hearing Group and Brandi. He was so happy with everything Brandi did for him to resolve the issues. Brandi was helpful and very kind and my Dad said he was going to recommend her to his friends at Derby Assisted living.
