Janet is very knowledgeable and super helpful. She adjusted my aids to fit my life and tweaked them today to fine tune. I am extremely pleased with my Oticon hearing aids and thankful for the support that comes with them. If I don’t respond now…. I’m just ignoring you! 🤣
