Returns and Refunds Policy

Hearing Group’s Return Policy is stated below:

Return for Refund:

All returns must be made to Hearing Group within 10 days from receipt (verified by USPS tracking) to qualify for a refund. Some items are not eligible for return, so it’s important to select the right item initially.

The product must be returned in the same condition as shipped—undamaged and in original packaging. If it was shipped in a box, return it in a box without labels on the product packaging. Ensure all items, including manuals and cables, show no signs of damage or markings. Items not returned in this condition may only qualify for a 50% refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Product Exchanges:

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receipt (verified by USPS tracking). As with returns, some items are not eligible for exchange. It is crucial to choose the correct item when purchasing.

Returned products must be in their original, undamaged packaging. Ensure the product packaging is not labeled and that all included items are returned without visible damage or markings. Products not meeting these conditions are not eligible for exchange. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Defective Products:

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find a defective product, contact us within 2 days at (316) 867-2683. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost if reported within this timeframe.

If a defect is reported after 2 days, shipping costs for repairs or exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility. Note that receivers do not have serial numbers and are not tracked, so test them immediately. We offer a replacement for defective receivers reported within the first 2 days with the same size, power, and side, but no warranty is provided beyond this.

Warranty Repairs:

Hearing Group is happy to facilitate in-warranty repairs to and from the manufacturer. The cost of shipping a repaired or replaced item from the manufacturer back to the patient is $19.95. Our home office team will contact you for payment when we receive the item back from the manufacturer and it is ready to ship.

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items:

Hearing Aid Receivers may not be returned for refund or exchange unless defective (see Defective product description). Hearing Aid Batteries may not be returned for refund or exchange. For sanitary purposes, some items are not able to be returned or exchanged. Those items include face masks, domes, retention locks, slim tubes, and drying capsules.


To return or exchange a product, please call us at  (316) 867-2683 to process. Once the eligible product is received by the company, the customer will receive a refund within 7 days via a credit to the credit card that was used to pay for the product.
