Returns and Refunds Policy

Hearing Group’s Return Policy is stated below:

Return for Refund.  All returns must be returned to Hearing Group within 10 days from receipt (verified by USPS tracking) to qualify for a refund. Some items are not eligible for return. For this reason, it is extremely important that you choose the correct item at the time of initial purchase. The product must be returned in the same undamaged, packaged condition as it was shipped. If the item was shipped in a box, it must be returned in a box.  Do not apply a label to the product packaging.  Please ensure that all items are included in the package, and that there is no visible damage, writings, or marks on the manuals, cables, or tears on the item’s external or internal packaging. Products not returned in this condition are only eligible for a 50% refund. Shipping costs on all returns are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Product Exchanges. Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receipt (verified by USPS tracking) of the product.  Some items are not eligible for exchange.  For this reason, it is extremely important that you choose the correct item at the time of initial purchase. The product must be returned in the same undamaged, packaged condition as was shipped. If the item was shipped in a box, it must be returned in a box.  Do not apply a label to the product packaging.  Please ensure that all items are included in the package and that there is no visible damage, writings, or marks on the manuals, cables, or tears on the item’s external or internal packaging. Products not returned in this condition are not eligible for an exchange. Shipping costs on all exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

 

Defective products.  Please open and inspect your order immediately.  If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receipt (verified by USPS tracking) at (316) 867-2683, and we will help arrange a replacement at no charge. If the product is reported defective after 2 days of receipt, then the exchange or the repair shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.  ***Please note that receivers have no serial number nor are they tracked by any source so it is important that the receiver is tested and verified immediately upon receipt. They carry no replacement guarantee or warranty.  If you receive a defective receiver, we are happy to replace it within the first 2 days upon receipt with the same size, power and side.

 

Warranty Repairs. Hearing Group is happy to facilitate in-warranty repairs to and from the manufacturer. The cost of shipping a repaired or replaced item from the manufacturer back to the patient is $19.95. Our home office team will contact you for payment when we receive the item back from the manufacturer and it is ready to ship.

 

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items. Hearing Aid Receivers may not be returned for refund or exchange unless defective (see Defective product description). Hearing Aid Batteries may not be returned for refund or exchange. For sanitary purposes, some items are not able to be returned or exchanged. Those items include face masks, domes, retention locks, slim tubes, and drying capsules.

 

To return or exchange a product, please call us at  (316) 867-2683 to process. Once the eligible product is received by the company, the customer will receive a refund within 7 days via a credit to the credit card that was used to pay for the product.
