Why a Hearing Aid Service Plan the Smart Choice?

There is nothing like having peace of mind when it comes to your hearing health. When your hearing instruments break down or need a service, this cannot wait and can often be very costly.

Manufacturer repairs often range from $249-$349 if we have to send your hearing aid in. Why risk the cost when you have so many service plan options available?

Hearing Aid Service Plan FAQ’s

Do I have to purchase from Hearing Group to qualify for a Service Plan?

The answer is two-fold:

  • Platinum Service Plan- Yes, you must have purchased your hearing instruments from Hearing Group to qualify.
  • Gold, Bronze Plus, or Bronze plan-No, you would not have needed to purchase your hearing instrument from HG to qualify. The hearing instruments do need to be in good working condition though.

Should I upgrade my hearing aids instead?

This is a great question that everyone asks at one point or another. Please see the following article that can help you decide if renewing your service plan is best or perhaps investing your money in technology that can help you hear better.

How long does a Service Plan last?

All hearing aid service plans purchased are for one full year of service.

Do I have to renew my Service Plan now, or can I wait?
