After reading the instructions, the installation of the TV Play on a Samsung TV was very straightforward using the optical audio cable and USB power cable. I then paired the TV Play to my Widex Moment hearing aids. The TV Play option appeared in the Moment app on my smart phone and I was able to immediately begin using the TV Play to hear dialog clearly for the first time. I’m very happy with the Widex TV Play!

I am wearing Widex Moment 440s, but noticed that I am missing dialog on some tv shows. So, I decided to give the TV Play a try. It works very well, and the setup was super easy. There is some distortion where the hard S sound comes out sounding like shhh. I’m hoping my audiologist can make some adjustments to fix that.
I bought the TV Play through The Hearing Group, first , because of price. $199 is a very attractive price considering that others charge as much as $350. The gal I talked to was super nice and patiently answered all my questions. Delivery was fast…..from Kansas to Southern California in two days!
All in all, I am very pleased with both the TV Play and The Hearing Group.
