My husband Charles went to HG because one of his hearing aids had quit working. We just moved from KC to Derby and decided to try HG. We had HG send off his hearing aid to be fixed. Before sending Brandi took the time to check his hearing with it in and with out. She looked inside his ear to see if he had wax. She made sure to test his hearing aids and his charger. She was very good about explaining everything she did. She told us exactly what it would cost and what to expect when it came back. When it was returned to us Brandi helped my husband make sure it was set correctly for his ear and also set it up and showed him how he could use it to answer his cell phone. Being hard of hearing this was a great option that he didn't know about. Thanks Brandi and Hearing group for great service with a smile.
The tv hearing connector is the best thing since sliced bread. I love it and it truly works wonderfully well for me. It's great to hear the soft and often whispered dialogue in some programs. Overall an excellent device. Installation instructions were very clear. But if you are hesitant to install the connector by yourself, anyone with rudimentary tv and tv remote knowledge could easily be of assistance to you. I am one very pleased guy!

I was reluctant to try hearing aids because so many people get them and dont wear them.Hearing aids are not like natural hearing. Sounds you hear must not be over 8 to 10 feet next to you. Dont really work at movies. I still with hearing aids cannot listen to tv unless volume on tv is loud to my family.I wish I would of tried the cheaper ones to see if the ones I have was worth the price
Hearing aids today are different from what they use to be years ago. Now one of the most popular features is rechargeability. It seems like we live such busy lives these days and many wish they had some options to recharge their hearing aids on the go. The Charger Plus provides that feature with an additional 3 full charges before the battery pack in the charger needs to be plugged in. Fully charges in 8 hours with the hearing aids in and about 4 hours without the hearing aids inserted.
