Anyone that needs hearing aids, knows how expensive they can be. But worse than the cost is the thought you are getting ripped off or having to deal with "car sales man". None of that happen with Irma at Hearing Group. She explained everything, answered all my questions and has a great personality. While cost is always a factor, you can't let it be the only thing you look at. With HG I know I have support, even when we travel. Irma heard what I was saying. got to know my life style and made some suggestions. Then...get this... let me test drive two different styles. WoW! that sold me on the HG, the aids we chose together and the customer service. I look forward to a long, happy partnership with a team that truly has my best interest in mind.BTW... I never knew what I was NOT hearing till I could hear again!
Tracy is amazing. She is very kind, understanding, and patient. We were able to test the hearing aides for two weeks and it completely changed my husband’s life. He had no idea how bad his hearing really was, but Tracy was so kind in explaining exactly how much he was missing from his lack of hearing. If you are hesitant about hearing aides, this is the place to go as they are not pushy and only want the best for their patients.
I already own a set of hearing aids but needed a backup set due to recent work being done on my older hearing aids and I was without any. That made life pretty bad. So, I made the appointment, Tracy was great from the beginning and went into details about the hearing test and what to expect. She answered all my questions to leave no doubt about anything. When I received my hearing aids she went through and programmed them and explained how to adjust the hearing aids in the program, better than the VA does. I left with a great feeling and no cares. I had to exchange my buds for smaller ones, and they did so with no issues. Everyone there was awesome. I do recommend them to anyone thinking about getting hearing aids.
